How to use:
1. First check whether the flattening device reference plate is loose during transportation. If it is loose, tighten it before putting it into use.
2. Fix the sample to be flattened with plasticine or universal clamps. If it is fixed with plasticine, there must be a processed metal plate underneath, and the processed surface is in contact with the work surface.
3. Press the handle by hand to make the reference plate go down, flatten the sample, and make the sample parallel to the lower plane of the reference plate.
4. Then fix the sample, release the pressing handle, so that the reference plate automatically rises and detaches from the sample, and then gently remove the sample. (Be careful not to distort the flattened sample), and put it in the required measuring instrument or test instrument for measurement or testing.
Daily maintenance and care:
1. Clean the surface of the machine body frequently to keep it clean and beautiful.
2. Generally, lubricate the sliding shaft with instrument oil once every 6 months.
3. It is strictly forbidden to knock or bump the reference plate and sliding shaft to avoid damaging the flattening accuracy.
4. Do not disassemble this product at will to avoid damaging parts or destroying the flattening accuracy. -
