This grinding and polishing machine is a double-disc desktop machine with a PLC intelligent control system and a 10-inch touch screen. The system uses intelligent fully automatic operation and can also be used manually and automatically at the same time. It has a practical and generous appearance and 304 stainless steel sheet metal electroplating process. It is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing operations on metallographic specimens. This machine uses a servo motor to achieve precise left and right positioning of the grinding and polishing head. The grinding and polishing disc is also powered by a servo motor and can provide a speed of 50~1500 rpm. All actions are automatically controlled by the program, and the staff can freely input operating parameters according to the conditions of use.
Except for the manual operation of sample clamping, all other actions of this grinding and polishing machine are automatically operated by the machine, which greatly improves work efficiency and stability. This machine has an external drip device, which can freely set the drip time and pause time, greatly improving the sample preparation effect.
