The machine is a fully automatic metallographic specimen mounting machine with automatic water cooling function. It is suitable for hot mounting of all metal materials. The mounting auxiliary materials are black, white and transparent plastic powder. After setting the mounting parameters such as heating temperature, constant temperature time, cooling time and applied pressure, put in the specimen and mounting material, cover the pressure cover and press the start button to automatically complete the mounting work without the need for operators to be on duty beside the machine. Four specifications of molds can be arbitrarily selected and replaced according to the specimens with different requirements, and two specimens can be pressed at the same time, doubling the preparation capacity.
