SYJ-200H
SYJ-200H precision flatbed cutting machine is suitable for rough processing of various materials such as crystals, ceramics, glass, rocks and metallographic specimens. Diamond saw blades, electroplated diamond saw blades and resin saw blades can be used.
Installation conditions: This equipment is required to be used below 1000m above sea level, at a temperature of 25℃±15℃ and a humidity of 55%Rh±10%Rh.
1. Water: The equipment is equipped with a self-circulating water tank (filled with pure water or deionized water).
Note: Cooling water must be added during normal use of the equipment, otherwise the spindle will overheat and affect the service life of the sealing ring. The water tank should not be filled with too much water, and it is advisable not to exceed 5mm above the edge of the saw blade.
2. Electricity: AC 220V 50Hz, must be well grounded.
3. Gas: None
4. Workbench: size 500mm×400mm, load-bearing capacity of more than 100kg.
