MP-2ZA: This grinding and polishing machine is a double-disc desktop machine with an intelligent Android operation control system and a high-definition 2K touch screen. The system adopts intelligent fully automatic operation, and can also be used manually and automatically at the same time. It has a practical and generous appearance and 304 stainless steel sheet metal electroplating process. It is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing operations on metallographic specimens. This machine uses a servo motor to achieve precise left and right positioning of the grinding and polishing head. The grinding and polishing disc is also powered by a servo motor and can provide a speed of 50~1500 rpm. All actions are automatically controlled by the program, and the program can be freely input into the Android panel by the staff according to the conditions of use. Except for the manual operation of the sample clamping, all other actions of this grinding and polishing machine are automatically operated by the machine, which greatly improves the work efficiency and stability. The machine has an external dripping device, which can freely set the dripping time and pause time, greatly improving the sample preparation effect.
